I ate at the coolest place this weekend. It's called Sushi Choo Choo, the "moving" sushi restaurant. Perplexed (and a bit fascinated) by how the restaurant "moves," we of course had to see for ourselves. The concept is ingenious, especially for those a bit sheepish with sushi. The "choo choo" of freshly made mini sushi plates travel on a mini conveyor belt, in front of your seat (see video below). Each plate is color coded by price level, so you know exactly what price it is before you gobble it down. The menu is a no-brainer with colorful pictures and clearly worded descriptions so you can decide what you want to grab off of the belt. Not only was it an amusing concept, but I ate until I was stuffed, and my meal was about $11. Go ride the train.

Yes it is cool, and really fresh yummy sushi. Dal- you might even be able to find some "non-raw" menu items.

My friends and I are HUGE sushi eaters...My boyfriend and I drive 35-40 min to eat here, usually twice a week or so!! AMAZING food, and now we get special rolls that aren't on the menu from the chef!! Wonderful sushi and always reallly fresh!
Good quality sushi served at a restaurant with a fun & interesting atmosphere! A variety of sushi at a reasonable price (Around $10 for myself during dinner). Friendly staff & you can watch the Chefs make the sushi as they are in an opened center view of the customers. Love, love the concept of the conveyor belt!! Great place to bring to family or a date! A variety of sushi ranging from $1.50 to $4.50 per dish. I could not believe how reasonably cheap are, considering how delicious the food was! I come back every other week!
