This Clear Lake High School grad/dancer/genius fashion designer (who now resides in NYC) has just released a "print perfect" spring line which you can peruse this Thursday at Tootsies. Pieces to look for: her striking black and whites, tie dye influenced tops and frocks, and elegantly draped necklines.
