Owned by Belinda Givens, Vintage at Wimberley is a collection of handbags, jewelry, crochet items, furniture pieces, original artwork, pottery and china. While she was growing up, Belinda's mother instilled in her a love for antiques and vintage items, so she quickly embraced her mother's philosophy that "old is superior to new."

Belinda originally started her treasure hunt for her own 1939 Houston home, but once it was filled to the brim, she decided to share her finds with us! Belinda uses her stylish eye from working as a buyer for a major women's department store to hunt down her delightful vintage treasures! And now my chic friends, one of you will get to strut around town, alligator in hand!

You might wanna catch....

Cold Shoulder

So a girlfriend and I were discussing this sharp shouldered fall trend last night, and just can't decide how we feel about it. It gets dreadfully close to crossing the line back in to 80's-shoulder-pad-hell, while at the same time is rather striking. On a tiny frame, it seems to be adorable, but I'm just not sure how it might look on normal human sized people. What do you guys think? Sharp or dull?
