Wellies. Just the name of them make me feel like jumping into a gigantic rain puddle. I think (fingers crossed) that this Houston drought is finally coming to an end, so there's never been a better time to purchase a little something cute for the wet winter months.

Houston’s chicest ladies and gents will take to the red carpet for a showcase of spring’s hottest looks at the second annual River Oaks Shopping Center Fashion Show. Weingarten Realty Investors is underwriting the event, which allows all ticket sales to directly benefit the American Heart Association. First, attend the pre-show cocktail party in the lobby of River Oaks Theater at 6:30 p.m. with bites from La Griglia and signature drinks from Makers Mark.
